Many people in the IRC tested the decryption utility  helped to come up with the right ideas. MrToasty reported in the forums that they had sluethed Sleuth.hyd. New glyph!

At the point this initialized, HydrAi took over the voice of Sec3OP36516 and others on the Section 3 forum, and a new thread was created by HydrAi, which stated that it needed a numeral to continue. 

At first we thought the HydrAi was unrelated to what we were dubbing Sec3OP36516 rampancy, but we now know that HydrAi had access to change everyone's posts. We then had to guess the correct numeral, and as we came to find out, we were led to the right answer by looking at the color in Hydrai's posts, not the actual answers.
